You’ll work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, and HubSpot. All tools and training provided. Performance-based promotion to a team manager role available. Job Description:

We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our international team. This role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach (email + phone), and CRM management using HubSpot. It’s a long-term opportunity for someone with excellent English and the ability to deliver consistent results.



Your Responsibilities:
• Research and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Set up, verify, and manage cold email campaigns via Instantly.ai
• Conduct confident and professional cold calls
• Maintain and update lead records in HubSpot CRM
• Track campaign performance and report KPIs daily
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies


Tools You’ll Be Using:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Instantly.ai (for email campaigns, verification, and warming)
• HubSpot CRM
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

All tools will be provided.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• WordPress + Elementor
• Canva or Photoshop for simple design tasks

Probation & Growth:
• 30-day paid probation
• Assessment based on:
• Quality and quantity of leads
• Execution of cold email and call campaigns
• CRM accuracy
• Communication and responsiveness
• KPI performance

Candidates who meet or exceed expectations will be hired full-time.
Top performers will be promoted to a team manager role based on performance and results.



Compensation:

$600–$700/month, depending on experience
