Social Media and Graphic Designer Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Graphics Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has experience managing and creating content for TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with a strong ability to design eye-catching visuals and engaging video content.

Responsibilities:
*Create and schedule engaging social media content (images, short videos, reels, stories, etc.)
*Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials
*Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement
*Edit and optimize videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
*Monitor trends, hashtags, and best practices across all platforms
*Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
*Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly

Requirements:
*MUST HAVE proven experience managing TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
*Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
*Video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
*Knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies
*Excellent communication and time management skills
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with motion graphics or animations
*Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms
*Basic copywriting skills for captions and posts
