We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our online presence, optimize SEO strategies, and drive lead generation through multiple social media platforms. This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven professional passionate about real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, blog posts, and property listings for search engines.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Implement local SEO tactics to improve visibility in West Texas markets.
Social Media Growth & Engagement:
• Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, and videos tailored for each platform.
• Monitor trends to keep content fresh and aligned with real estate audiences.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Design and manage social media ad campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads.

Qualifications & Skills:
