Social Media Manager and CSR

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for a service company based in the USA. Our company specializes in plumbing, electrical services, and water damage restoration.

This position is for the night shift (PST), during which we experience a lower volume of calls. Therefore, we are seeking someone who can handle customer service responsibilities while also managing our social media.

Full-time or part time. Mon-Fri PST

8. Phone and messages answering.

Skills Required:
Must have perfect/Fluent/native English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in social media management.
Expertise in content creation and strategy.
Video editing skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Proven Customer Service Representative experience

Pay:
TBD: Attractive hourly rate based on experience. Pay will depend on skill level and qualifications.
