Work Schedule
Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT (Central Daylight Time)
Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Cold Call, Cold Email, & Cold DM potential clients to generate leads
- Book Sales Appointments with business owners & decision-makers
- Follow Up with leads to keep them engaged and increase conversions
- Develop and Improve Outreach Scripts & Strategies
- Use CRM & Lead Tracking Tools to manage prospect lists
- Eventually Hire & Train New Outreach Specialists as we scale

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- 2+ Years of Experience in Cold Outreach, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
- Confident in Cold Calling & Handling Objections
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – You Love Winning!
- Tech-Savvy & Comfortable Using CRM Tools
- Eager to Grow into a Leadership Role
