Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute growth-focused strategies that promote our executive coaching brand and offerings across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube,
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, growing our audience, managing communities, running targeted ad campaigns, and using data insights to optimize performance — all while staying ahead of social media trends and audience preferences.
This is a remote, flexible-hours role with one required weekly video check-in. You’ll join a growing business and a high-performing team that values autonomy, creativity, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all digital marketing output for the English-speaking brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and
Plan, schedule, and execute day-to-day social content to increase engagement and follower growth across nominated platforms.
Build and manage YouTube subscriber base, LinkedIn connections, and, to a lesser extent, engagement on Meta platforms (Instagram and
Create, edit, and publish visually appealing, brand-aligned content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Opus Clips, and Zoom.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns for reach and engagement.
Run and manage targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
Stay current on emerging trends, platform changes, and market dynamics relevant to the executive coaching industry.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube for business growth.
Strong content creation and video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, and short-form content tools.
Experience planning and executing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google/YouTube.
Firm grasp of community building, social analytics, and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
