Bookkeeper and Financial Controller Needed

About Us:
Saint Spritz is a fast-growing beverage company expanding nationwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive bookkeeper/financial controller to handle our daily accounting, pay bills, manage payroll, and ensure timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
? Bookkeeping & Financial Transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (or other accounting software).
Categorize and reconcile transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
Process payments, invoices, and record all income and expenses.
Track customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
? Payroll & Tax Compliance

Manage biweekly/monthly payroll processing for employees and contractors.
Ensure timely tax filings (sales tax, payroll tax, etc.).
Keep up with compliance requirements for federal and state filings.
? Financial Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Provide insights into cost savings and financial efficiency.
? Vendor & Customer Management

Handle vendor payments and maintain supplier relationships.
Assist in customer collections and make sure outstanding invoices get paid.
Qualifications:
???? Must-Have Skills:
? 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
? Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
? Understanding of payroll and tax compliance.
? Ability to communicate effectively and follow up on outstanding accounts.
? Ability to track KPI's for the business and help identify ways to improve.

???? Nice-to-Have Skills:
? Experience working in CPG, beverage, or e-commerce businesses.
? Familiarity with ReCharge, Shopify, or other subscription/e-commerce platforms.
? Experience with financial modeling & cash flow forecasting.
