Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and assertive Bookkeeper who can do more than manage numbers — someone who can keep our spending in check, support smart luxury decisions that drive influencer growth and affiliate revenue, and subtly call out dumb shit before it happens.

You’ll be Nathan’s financial partner, helping the company grow profitably while still doing the things that attract more JV deals, students, and community members to our orbit.

What You’ll Do
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Maintain immaculate QuickBooks Online records
Categorize and reconcile transactions weekly
Track multiple income streams (wholesaling, affiliate, education, etc.)
Expense Oversight & Strategy

Audit and report on spending habits—call out anything excessive or off-track
Recommend changes or cuts to align spending with ROI
Help Nathan balance the line between ballin’ out and blowing the bag
Budgeting & Forecasting

Create and manage budgets across departments (marketing, travel, ops, etc.)
Track performance against the budget and identify trends
Provide monthly reports and cash flow projections with action steps
Collaboration & Financial Accountability

Work closely with Nathan and the operations team to drive better decisions
Bring financial clarity and creative solutions to big-picture ideas
Support the content and affiliate marketing strategy with data-backed guidance

You Are
A QuickBooks Pro (seriously, this is a must)
Detail-obsessed, strategic, and not afraid to speak up
Good with data and even better with people
Understand how influence and aesthetics can generate ROI
Comfortable working with creative and sometimes chaotic energy
Bonus if you have real estate or SaaS experience
