Role Overview:
World Gym WA is seeking a Marketing Technologist to develop and execute high-performing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is critical in driving lead generation, optimizing marketing performance through data-driven strategies, and ensuring seamless tracking and reporting of key advertising metrics. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in ad creation, proficient in marketing technology, and excels in performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Ad Creation & Campaign Execution
Develop and manage lead-generating ads on:

- TikTok Ads
- Write compelling, conversion-driven ad copy with engaging visuals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and offers to maximize ad performance.
- Tailor ads for local market engagement and individual World Gym locations.
2. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Tracking
Implement accurate conversion tracking to measure:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Click-through rate (CTR)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Lead quality and conversion rates
- Utilize tracking tools such as:
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- UTM tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Adjust budgets and strategies based on real-time data.
3. Ad Optimization & Scaling
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve conversions.
- Scale successful campaigns across multiple locations while reducing inefficient spend.
4. Collaboration & Strategy Adjustments
- Work with the Content Creator to align ad creatives with brand and audience engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights to gym managers, helping them adjust internal sales strategies.
- Identify seasonal trends and leverage peak gym sign-up periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing technology.
- Expertise in running and optimizing
- Proficiency in marketing tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret advertising metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in A/B testing and ad performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adjust strategies dynamically.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
