Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer who excels in creating professional PowerPoint presentations, One Pagers, Whitepapers, paid ad visuals, and a variety of other graphic content. The ideal candidate will work closely with different members of the team to design compelling decks, visual content for marketing campaigns, and make sure all our materials maintain a consistent and professional look. If you have video editing skills - that’s a huge bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
1. PowerPoint/Google Sheets Wizard: Create engaging and visually appealing presentations/decks that clearly communicate complex ideas.
2. Paid Ad Design: Develop eye-catching graphics for digital paid ads across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
3. One-Pagers & Marketing Collateral: Design professional, polished one-pagers and other marketing materials for client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
4. Blog Post & Content Graphics: Create custom visuals for blog posts and other written content to enhance readability and engagement.
5. General Graphic Design: Provide design support for other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on a variety of projects, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
6. Assist with Website Design: Help our marketing team enhance our website look and feel by integrating UX/UI design best practices

Required Skills:
1. Expertise in PowerPoint: Proven ability to design clean, professional, and impactful presentations.
2. Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in advanced graphic design tools i.e. such as Adobe, Figma, InDesign, understanding of Canva Pro, and other equivalent design tools. Tools may vary but we are looking for expertise in at least a couple of these.
3. Digital Ad Design Experience: Strong portfolio of previous work creating digital ads for social media platforms.
4. Strong Eye for Detail: Ability to transform content into aesthetically pleasing designs while maintaining brand guidelines.
5. Time Management: Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Nice to Have:
1. Familiarity with financial or impact investing industries.
2. Experience with web and email design (HubSpot, WordPress).
3. Animation or video editing skills for marketing purposes.

Education and Experience:
-Degree in Graphic Design, a related field preferred, or similar time in experience.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-Previous experience working remotely and managing tasks independently is a plus.

Contract Details:
-This is a part time with flexible hours (estimated around 40 per month at the Upgrade to see actual infont), based on project needs and deadlines.
-Workload and hours may vary according to the company's marketing calendar and project demands.
-There is a potential that this role can eventually lead to a full time position.
-Needs to be able to work under North American timezones i.e. EST, CST, MST, or PST.
- Contract will start with 2 paid projects before jumping into part-time contract at 20hr/week

Salary Range:
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, US hours
