WhatAPP chatbot and automation

???? Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced automation expert to help us build and integrate a WhatsApp-based chatbot system using PickyAssist as the core platform.

The goal is to create an automated workflow that includes:

???? WhatsApp chatbot flows via PickyAssist (Smart Replies, Broadcasting, etc.)

???? Integration with external tools (e.g., CRMs, Google Sheets, OpenAI, or other APIs)

?? RPA (Robotic Process Automation) components to automate repetitive backend tasks

???? Event-based triggers, conditional logic, and real-time updates

????? Required Skills:
Deep knowledge of PickyAssist, including Smart Replies, Drip Campaigns, and API/Plugin usage

Experience with API integrations and webhooks

Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Make/Integromat, Latenode, Zapier, etc.)

Advantage: Working knowledge of OpenAI or similar LLMs for AI chatbot integration
