Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to drive outbound prospecting, engage with potential clients, and help fill sales pipelines. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations, and booking appointments through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

**Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential leads across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct targeted outreach by sending DMs, comments, and reactions to engage potential clients.
Use strategic messaging to build rapport and qualify leads.
Track and manage lead lists using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

**Appointment Setting & Follow-ups:

Initiate and nurture conversations to move leads through the sales funnel.
Secure appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
Manage follow-ups to reduce no-shows and increase conversion rates.
Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages.

**Engagement & Outreach:

Engage with relevant posts, pages, and groups to expand reach and visibility.
Build relationships with potential partners, clients, or influencers.
Monitor and respond to brand mentions and conversations strategically.

**Performance Tracking:

Track engagement metrics (e.g., response rates, appointment conversions).
Report on outreach effectiveness and suggest optimization strategies.

What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or social media outreach specialising with Meta.
Proven experience with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation and DMs.
Strong written communication skills – clear, professional, and engaging.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
Ability to research and identify potential prospects efficiently.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing outreach efforts.
Experience using automation tools or outreach platforms is a plus.
Previous experience with Australian clients is highly desirable.
