Beauty PR- Email Marketing Specialist

Honey Hut PR is a digital PR agency based in the UK, specialising in skincare, wellness, and beauty clients. We focus on securing high-quality media coverage for our clients and developing strong relationships with UK publications. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a PR outreach specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who enjoys contact research, database work, media outreach, and building journalist connections.

Responsibilities:

Media outreach - send approximately 10 media pitches per month, each requiring multiple emails to various contacts
Media research - identify and expand our database of UK journalists, editors, and publications
Tracking and follow-ups - monitor responses, report on progress, and ensure pitches are followed up on
Understanding client needs - tailor outreach to align with each brand’s story and PR objectives
Working independently - follow structured processes while thinking critically about the best outreach strategies

Please note: Ongoing training and support in media outreach and PR will be provided.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to spelling, grammar, and formatting
Ability to research and find relevant media contacts, inputting into our Excel Master Database
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Strong time management skills, ensuring outreach is completed to deadlines.
Interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness is an advantage
Experience in PR, communications, journalism, or marketing is a plus but not essential
