Job Title: Appointment Setter - Base Pay + Bonus (Remote Position)
Job Type: 350 USD + Bonus on target KPI
Base Salary + Bonus on Target Earnings
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST)
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting? We’re looking for highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing team! Earn a base salary plus bonuses on target earnings.(KPI’S)
This role involves administrative work, prospecting outreach on selected channels and conducting cold-calling campaigns for a marketing company. The objective is to contact Local business owners in the United States and book them in for a free marketing consultation. Your success will be measured by the number of appointments booked and the amount of daily calls you make.

To be clear, the minimum requirements are:
200 dials per day
100 dms
Follow-ups
Administrative work
1 appointment set/day

Key Responsibilities:
MakeUpgrade to see actual infooutbound calls daily to generate leads and set appointments.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for free marketing consultation.
Track leads and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Effectively communicate our product or service offerings to potential clients.
Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.


Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling, B2B campaigns, and appointment setting.
A track record of success in hitting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus but not required.
Availability to work during EST (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
Comfortable making 250+ dials per day—this will be measured daily.
