Elite Backend Manager Wanted – Fashion Dropshipping Expert ONLY

We’re looking for a high-level Backend Manager with extensive, proven experience in fashion dropshipping, specifically managing backend operations for Shopify stores shipping from China. This is a top-tier role—if you haven’t been deep in the trenches of fashion dropshipping for years, do not apply.

You must have a strong background in the fashion niche and be intimately familiar with the fast-paced, detail-oriented demands of this market. We're not looking for someone to learn as they go—we need a backend pro who can step in and own the entire operational flow from day one.

Your expertise must include:

Order Issue Support: Troubleshooting and resolving complex order issues swiftly and efficiently.

Customer Service Management: Leading and optimizing a customer service team that delivers 5-star experiences.

Dispute & Chargeback Handling: Managing supplier conflicts and chargebacks with precision, preventing escalations and maintaining store integrity.

We need someone who can oversee, optimize, and scale backend operations, constantly identifying areas for improvement. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team—but the ultimate responsibility for backend performance lies with you.

You must:

Have years of direct experience in fashion dropshipping, specifically backend operations.

Be highly skilled in working with Chinese suppliers and navigating international logistics.

Know the ins and outs of Shopify, dispute systems, and customer support platforms.

Be fluent in English and an exceptional communicator, able to lead across departments with clarity.

Have a process-optimization mindset—you’re always looking to improve workflows, speed, and accuracy.
