HIRING: MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ADS
FULL-TIME | REMOTE (PHILIPPINES ONLY) | $1,000/MONTH
Pixelix is a fast-growing creative agency that produces high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Stories). We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Animate existing PSD and Illustrator designs into short-form ad creatives (5–15 seconds)
- Apply clean, effective motion to text, logos, call-to-action elements, and backgrounds
- Follow provided creative direction and maintain consistency across projects
- Use Adobe After Effects to execute animation efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with our team using Upgrade to see actual info for task and project management



REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in motion design or video editing
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in social media ad animation
- Excellent understanding of motion timing, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and respond reliably during working hours
- Availability between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Philippine time (you will not be working all those hours, but must be reachable during that window)



COMPENSATION:
- $1,000 USD per month (full-time)
