JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and content marketing. The ideal candidate is skilled in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and content creation, with a proven track record of boosting conversions and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Marketing

- Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build brand visibility.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for prospecting.
- Craft compelling content and messaging to engage with connections.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.


Email
Marketing

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Write engaging email copy with clear CTAs and conversion goals.
- Manage and segment email lists for targeted messaging.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.

Content Marketing

- Create and distribute high-quality content to drive engagement and authority.
- Develop blog posts, articles, case studies, and social media content aligned with marketing goals.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience relevance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content (infographics, social posts).
- Repurpose existing content for multi-channel distribution.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Assist in the development of marketing assets (landing pages, lead magnets, etc.).

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and ROI.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Strong skills in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Experience with content creation and SEO optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
