Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team to create high-quality YouTube videos and podcast episodes. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere and excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a growing brand while developing your editing skills. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining our brand's style and voice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into cohesive YouTube videos and podcast episodes
- Create graphics, special effects, and animations as needed
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final content
- Enhance the quality of footage including color correction, sound mixing, and adding music
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers regarding project progress and challenges
- Stay updated with latest editing techniques and technologies
- Provide input to improve the overall production quality


Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required) and other Adobe Creative Suite products
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and best practices
- Experience editing content for YouTube and/or podcast platforms
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Creative mindset and storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of current video trends and audience preferences
