Job Details:
Location: Maa, Davao City / Mabini, Davao City
Set-up: Onsite (5 days a week)
Estimated Monthly Rate: Approx. Php 35,000 (based on experience and performance during the application process)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Admin to support our client's hiring process by enrolling candidates into our system, updating their information, and sending follow-ups. This role ensures that candidates receive timely surveys to monitor and improve the interview experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enroll candidates into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all candidate information is entered correctly and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Trigger and monitor survey distribution to collect feedback on the interview experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records as needed.
• Identify and report any system issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the hiring and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless process.
• Assist in job postings and updating recruitment dashboards.
• Track candidate progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of hiring steps.
• Generate reports and provide insights on survey responses and candidate experience.
• Support background checks, document verification, and onboarding tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of data entry or administrative experience or any similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or survey tools is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar role is preferred.
