Product Designer – AI/UX/UI & Branding Specialist

We’re looking for a highly versatile and creative Product Designer to join 8veer Consulting, a strategy and innovation firm pushing the boundaries of consulting through AI-driven insights and bold brand storytelling.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the visual direction of our digital products, marketing assets, and client-facing presentations. You should be confident in designing for both user experience (UX/UI) and branding, with the ability to move between digital product design, pitch decks, social media content, and corporate materials like posters, flyers, and ads.

Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end user interfaces for digital platforms, web apps, and mobile tools
• Collaborate on the branding of internal and external product launches
• Create high-conversion graphics for campaigns, proposals, and investor decks
• Lead rapid prototyping using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other tools
• Translate abstract ideas into compelling visual assets
• Align design outputs with 8veer’s brand strategy and positioning

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong UI/UX portfolio with AI-influenced design principles
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (bonus: motion graphics)
• Branding & storytelling through visuals
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory
• Experience designing across web, mobile, print, and social media formats
• Excellent communication & feedback loop engagement

Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with agile product workflows
• AI-based tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, etc.
