Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to grow their careers in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.

Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our CMP solutions effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Administrative Support:

Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns to engage and inform our client base.

Help in the development and maintenance of documentation, including user guides and FAQs.

Support the team with data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
