Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing B2B Outbound Sales Superstar to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling,
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling,
Conduct research on target accounts and decision-makers to create personalized outreach strategies.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, technical requirements, and budgets.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Solution Engineers.
Maintain accurate records and activities in our CRM system (ConnectWise, HubSpot, etc.).
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Stay current on MSP industry trends, including cybersecurity, network management, and cloud solutions.
Provide feedback on objections heard during calls and develop strategies to overcome them.
Continuously improve sales techniques through role-playing, A/B testing, and constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required: 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling Managed IT Services (MSP experience is required).
Preferred: Experience selling managed IT services or working within an MSP environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of basic IT concepts and terminology (firewalls, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales engagement tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
