We are a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the Washington DC metro area with over 20 years of experience serving businesses of all sizes. We specialize in providing top-tier IT solutions that empower our clients to stay ahead of the technology curve. We are seeking a Marketing Director with a strong B2B background who can develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and help us achieve a strong Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Build, optimize, and manage campaigns that generate high-quality leads and convert them into loyal customers.

Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, webinars, and SEO.

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and support revenue generation.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.

Brand Management: Oversee the company’s online presence, brand positioning, and content strategy to maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Services environment.

Expertise in marketing strategy development, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Proven track record of aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives for measurable results.

Familiarity with the IT and MSP industry is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
