Client Design Consultant & Ordering Coordinator

Looking for a self-motivated account rep that will be responsible for managing a list of accounts for our custom sock business.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the following:

-Receiving inbound inquiries and answering questions about the company’s process.
-Brainstorming and working with our designers to create designs that fit the customer’s requests.
-Submitting any order requirements and creating invoices.
-Following up with orders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Calling accounts each month to maintain working relationships.
-Sending design ideas and inspiration to customers for holidays and sales events.

Job Requirements:

-Must be self-motivated and comfortable with working remote.
-Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Must have a good sense for design and be comfortable brainstorming concepts.
-Must have high attention to detail.
-Must be comfortable calling and speaking with clients.

This position is a base of $10/hr and then 5% commission on all of your orders

This position will require working standard US hours (9am-5pm EST)
