Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Online Store Owner

Location: Remote work from home
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support the owner of a growing online store. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for helping with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
Assist with order processing and inventory management
Handle scheduling and calendar management
Maintain and update product listings on the store platform
Perform data entry and generate reports
Help with content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing emails
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using online tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, eCommerce platforms)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
