Full-Time SEO Specialist with Excellent English & Bonus Web Design Skills

We're a growing web design and digital marketing agency seeking a Full-Time SEO Specialist with excellent English communication skills. This role requires someone who knows how to rank websites, drive traffic, and communicate clearly—because you'll be working with our team and occasionally speaking directly with clients.

Salary:
???? $900–$1000/month (based on skills and experience)

Hours:
???? 40 hours/week (Full-time)
? Flexible schedule, but must overlap at least 2–3 hours with EST (U.S. time)

???? Key Responsibilities:
Perform full SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page strategies

Keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building

Optimize website structure, speed, and content for SEO

Create SEO reports and track rankings

Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and trends

Communicate clearly with the team and sometimes with clients

WordPress or Shopify experience

Elementor or other page builder experience

Web design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD)

HTML/CSS/basic JavaScript knowledge

? Requirements:
Strong SEO experience (please include past results or reports)

Excellent spoken and written English

Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Confident in speaking to clients or team on Zoom
