Are you a creative and strategic Ad Designer with a deep understanding of Meta Ads? Do you know how to tap into customer pain points and craft high-converting visuals and persuasive ad copy? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do
Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Research and identify audience pain points to create ads that resonate
Develop and iterate on ad variations based on performance data
Craft engaging, sales-driven ad copy that aligns with our products
Work collaboratively in Figma to create, test, and refine designs
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing Meta Ads that convert
Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and compelling ad copy
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and pain points
Expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, conversion-driven messaging
A/B testing experience is a plus
