[Part-Time] Shopify App Virtual Assistant – QA, Outreach, and Launch Support

Job Description:

We’re launching a new Shopify app for managing Out of Stock products, and I’m looking for a smart, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help with our launch.

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Loves working with software/SaaS tools
• Is organized, independent, and reliable
• Can handle QA, outreach, and basic customer support
• Is excited about helping a real product go live and grow

Responsibilities:
• Walk through the app and test key features (basic QA)
• Organize and schedule launch posts in Reddit, Facebook groups, and forums
• Send personalized DMs or comments to merchants in Shopify communities
• Track installs and user feedback in Google Sheets
• Help draft support replies using templates
• Write basic onboarding copy, FAQs, or help center content

Tools You’ll Use:
• Google Docs / Google Sheets
• Notion
• ChatGPT (I’ll provide templates and guidance)
• Facebook, Reddit, Shopify Community, etc.
• Optional: Zapier, email tools (nice to have)
