Our growing real estate investment firm needs a results-driven Acquisition Team Manager to oversee and grow our cold calling operations and help us secure profitable wholesale and novation deals nationwide in the USA.

The Opportunity:
With experience you already have you'll manage a team of 2 cold callers that, with the help and resources of We Buy Houses Columbia use to locate motivated sellers.
You'll have freedom to create and Implement scripts and follow-up systems to lead to CLOSED DEALS!
Potential to earn significant commissions on every closed deal
Flexible remote position with stable hourly base

What This Role Offers:

$5/hour base pay for stability (20 hours weekly during training for first 2 weeks)
$500 commission or 10% on EVERY deal your team generates

Ideal Candidate:

Sales or call center management experience
Understanding of real estate investor terminology and the Transaction "FLOW".
Strong training and accountability skills
