Job Overview:
PapayaTutor is a cutting-edge, fast-growing online tutoring platform dedicated to transforming education. We’re looking for highly motivated tutors with strong expertise in English II to join our innovative team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to make a real difference in the academic success of students from underrepresented communities across the U.S. We are especially eager to welcome young professionalswho are passionate about education and ready to inspire the next generation of learners.

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, personalized English II tutoring sessions through PapayaTutor from 2-3pm CT Time Monday through Friday, following the curriculum and objectives set by the program.
Attend all scheduled sessions punctually and track student progress.
Adapt teaching strategies to fit the unique learning styles and needs of each student.
Collaborate with our amazing team to improve educational materials and share tips on best practices.

Requirements:
Availability from 1-5pm CT
Strong tutoring skills and the ability to effectively teach English II (prior teaching experience is not required, but being able to teach is essential!).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commitment to working with students through the duration of the program.
A passion for education and helping students succeed.
