Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our cutting-edge training programs, with a focus on technologies like Generative AI and Blockchain. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, manage program logistics, and work closely with our founder to prioritize and manage his key activities, including strategic meetings, events, and initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting the company’s growth and mission.
This is a remote position, and the working hours will be according to Dubai’s timing.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of training program delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics, to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Collaborate with the founder to manage his critical activities, such as scheduling high-priority meetings, preparing materials for strategic initiatives, and coordinating his participation in industry events.
• Oversee operational workflows, ensuring timely execution of training sessions, and post-program follow-ups.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, content developers, and trainers, to align operational efforts with company goals and client needs.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as venues, tech providers, and catering services, to support training events.
• Maintain and update operational tools, including CRMs, calendars, and documentation systems, to streamline processes.
Our Preferred Candidate:
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a training, education, or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, logistics, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, ideally supporting founders or executives in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including CRMs, project management software, and video conferencing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
