JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a detail-oriented and reliable social media assistant to support content scheduling and light design tasks across three brands. You don’t need to write content — we’ll provide the copy — but we need your help executing it to Instagram.

What you’ll do:
For DZ
- Turn copy into Instagram carousels using our Canva templates
- Schedule content on SocialBee
- Create and update IG Stories for our hotline teasers
- Schedule SMS messages in TextMagic (copy provided)
- Set up email marketing campaigns (copy provided)

For TFA & TGS
- Use provided copy to create IG carousels in Canva and schedule them
- Use our existing b-roll to create Reels (basic editing)

What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable using Canva, social scheduling tool (we use SocialBee), and email marketing platforms (we use Beehiiv)
- Can manage scheduling across multiple brands
- Has an eye for detail and follows direction well
- Basic video editing skills for IG Reels (you can use Canva)
- Available weekly to keep content organized and on time
- Need to have proven social media experience

Opportunity for role to expand with increase after 90 days review period.
