About Us:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our client's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management.

Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and present reports on social media performance and campaign results.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Experience with paid social media advertising.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
