Part-Time Marketing Coordinator – DRVN Investing
Location: Remote
Hours: 4–6 hours/day (US Hours)
Pay: $4–$6/hour + $50–$200 commission per closed sale

We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive the business to the next level.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage all of our marketing channels. This role will be responsible for supporting and managing list and data operations, running SMS campaigns through Smarter Contact, managing the call center, and ensuring that all marketing analytics are aligned with company goals. This role is part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
- List and Data Management:
• Pull and skiptrace data from various sources
• Organize and clean data for marketing campaigns
• Upload data into REsimpli, Readymode, and Smarter Contact
- SMS Campaign Management:
• Set up and manage SMS campaigns in Smarter Contact
• Track performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Call Center Oversight:
• Support and manage the daily operations of the call center
• Provide guidance to cold callers and track call performance
• Ensure smooth communication between the call center and sales team
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:
• Track key marketing and sales KPIs
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis
Experience with REsimpli, Readymode, and Smarter Contact (REQUIRED)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and call center operations
Ability to work US business hours (flexible schedule within that range)
Self-motivated and eager to grow with the company
Strong and reliable internet connection
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $4–$6/hour
- $50–$200 commission per sale closed due to your efforts
