Mighty Networks Platform Builder and Manger

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Mighty Networks expert to help us build a large, thriving online community platform from the ground up—and then stay on as our long-term Community Manager.

You will be working directly with me, the founder of the company. I will ask you to teach me the inns and outs of Mighty Network as we build a multi layered system that includes a free community that ascends to coaching through continuity programs, courses and masterminds..

You’ll be our go-to person for everything from setup, architecture, and design to community engagement, growth, and support. You’ll be deeply involved from day one.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mighty Networks—someone who knows the platform inside and out and can hit the ground running. Bonus if you’ve helped launch or scale large communities before.

Responsibilities:

Help conceptualize and build a Mighty Networks community from scratch

Customize layout, onboarding flow, content categories, and access levels

Integrate third-party tools and troubleshoot issues

Manage member engagement, events, and community initiatives

Monitor community health and analytics

Provide weekly updates and contribute ideas for growth

Requirements:

5+ years experience with Mighty Networks

Experience building or scaling online communities

Tech-savvy and capable of solving platform challenges

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Organized, proactive, and reliable

Available for long-term commitment
