Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, videos, posts, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and values.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
- Analyse social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across social media channels to build a strong community.
- Creating reports and providing insights for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation. - ESSENTIAL
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, website content, newsletters, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and produce engaging content.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable strategies. - ESSENTIAL
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Technical Requirements:
- A dedicated room or home office for work.
- Reliable backup power source for emergencies.
- High-speed internet with a backup connection.
