Role (Overview of the Position):
We're looking for a high-performing graphic designer to join our creative team and design scroll-stopping ad creatives for
You’ll take a creative brief from our strategist and bring it to life with clean, high-converting static image ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves iteration, and knows how to design with conversion in mind — not just aesthetics.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With the Role):
- Design a minimum of 10 high-converting static image ads per day using brand assets and creative briefs.
- Execute multiple variations of the same concept to support A/B testing.
- Collaborate with strategists and project managers to understand performance data and make creative improvements.
- Follow strict file naming, formatting, and export requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality, even under tight deadlines.
- Communicate regularly via Slack and update task statuses in ClickUp/Notion/Monday.
Results (Expected Accomplishments):
- Minimum of 50 static ad creatives delivered per week, on time, and error-free.
- Creatives meet or exceed internal performance benchmarks (scroll-stopping, clear value, clean layout).
- Positive feedback from creative strategists and ad buyers on creative effectiveness.
- Minimal revisions needed due to strong attention to detail and creative judgment.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):
- 2+ years of experience designing direct response ad creatives (bonus if you’ve worked with eCommerce brands).
- Mastery of design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, color psychology, and typography.
- Portfolio that shows a clear understanding of ad creative — NOT just logos or branding.
- Ability to follow a brand style guide while still innovating creatively.
- Ability to pull fonts / brand colors from client sites without needing direction or guidance.
- English communication skills (written and verbal) for remote collaboration.
- Fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
