Now Hiring: Remote Video Editor (Creative + Strategy-Focused)
For: Tell Studios • Passionflower Sue • Studio Sherpas
Full-Time | Remote | Salary Position

We’re looking for a talented, driven Video Editor who’s skilled at making great cuts and cares about why we’re making the video in the first place.

We’re producing content across three brands:
1?? Tell Studios – educational YouTube videos and short-form content for brands and thought leaders.
2?? Passionflower Sue – course/training content, 5-7 min YouTube tutorials, and content repurposed for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
3?? Studio Sherpas – video content for creators and filmmakers, including courses, YouTube teaching videos, and short-form Reels/Shorts.

We’re not looking for cookie-cutter edits or the latest Hormozi-style trend (unless there’s a compelling reason for it). We want intentional storytelling and design that reflects the brand’s heart, audience, and end goal.

Who You Are:
A strong editor with Adobe Premiere, Mogrt templates, and After Effects experience.

Creative and strategic — you suggest B-roll ideas or even help guide what we should film.

Obsessed with how content performs: “Does this keep attention? Does it make someone feel something?”

You communicate early and often—especially about edits, roadblocks, or deadlines.

You're organized and reliable with timelines. We don’t ghost each other, and we don’t miss due dates.

You’re humble, hungry, and kind. We have zero interest in hiring someone with a big ego—this team values people who are teachable, collaborative, and good humans first.

Not just following trends—you’re exploring what’s next and thinking creatively.

A team player who thrives in a remote environment and collaborates well.

Hungry to grow: ideally someone who sees themselves leading a team of creatives down the line.

What the Role Involves:
Edit 5–7 min YouTube teaching videos across multiple brands

Repurpose and format content for vertical platforms

Help us level up our visual storytelling: on-screen text, subtle animation, tasteful B-roll (that doesn’t feel stock or sterile)

Bonus if you can help map out creative approaches for new series or content strategies

This Role Is:
? Full-time
? Salary-based
? Not for freelancers — We’re looking for someone who’s all-in with us and not juggling edits for other clients.
