Key Responsibilities
???? Guest Management

Reply to guest messages within 1 hour (max)

Daily communication with guests across all platforms

Send pre-arrival instructions and manage check-ins

Handle guest complaints with empathy and urgency

Respond to guest reviews professionally

???? Property Operations

Coordinate with cleaning team via WhatsApp group chat

Oversee linen turnover (Marble Arch & Elephant & Castle hubs)

Confirm bookings, cleaning schedules, and emergency responses

Manage check-in calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Eviivo

???? Listing Optimization

Write unique photo captions for every listing

Regularly update listings across platforms

Monitor occupancy and pricing trends

Adjust daily rates to reduce unsold nights (using Pricelabs)

???? Admin, Invoicing & Reporting

Prepare weekly performance reports (occupancy, reviews, pricing, issues)

Create invoices and track payments

Analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets

Bring ideas to improve processes and guest satisfaction
