???? Key Responsibilities
As a valued teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, you will support both the administrative and clinical aspects of our practice:
Appointment Scheduling & Reminders: Manage calendars and ensure patients are reminded promptly.


Patient Records Management: Maintain and organize electronic health records securely and accurately.


Claims Processing & Insurance Verification: Handle billing support, claims submission, and verify patient eligibility.


Patient Inquiries & Correspondence: Respond to patient calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy.



Email & Text Management: Prioritize and respond to messages, manage newsletters, and streamline communications.


Telehealth Support: Assist with setting up and managing virtual consultations on telehealth platforms.


Telephone Triage Support: Assist in routing patient concerns and determining urgency levels.


Remote Patient Monitoring Support: Help monitor and update remote care data as needed.
