We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Business Operations & Growth Strategist to optimize our processes, integrate automation, and improve our sales and partnership workflows.
Role Overview
As a Business Operations & Growth Strategist, you will enhance operational efficiency, streamline sales and partnership processes, and integrate automation to improve response times and profitability. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
? SOP Development & Process Optimization
Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
? Technology & Automation Integration
Optimize workflows using Zoho, QuickBooks Online, Hubstaff, Slack, Asana, Calendly, and Zapier.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve response times and sales efficiency.
? Sales & Partnerships Process Improvement
Improve lead response time and conversion rates.
Streamline outreach and partnership workflows.
Assist in securing and managing partnerships.
? Template & Document Review
Review and refine client and partner-facing templates and communication materials.
Ensure consistency and professionalism across documents.
? Profitability & Efficiency Analysis
Analyze operational and sales data to improve profitability.
Identify areas to reduce costs or increase revenue.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations (RevOps), or process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Zoho, QuickBooks Online, Asana, Zapier, and other tools in our tech stack.
Proven ability to create and document efficient workflows and SOPs.
Experience in sales process optimization and partnership development.
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving profitability and efficiency.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Buffer, and podcast management (Spotify, SquadCast, Descript).
Background in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations.
