I’m on the hunt for a unicorn—someone extraordinary, driven, and fully dedicated to building a powerhouse sales and marketing strategy for my hard money lending business. You’ll be tasked with assembling a dream team of marketing experts, each a specialist in their field, to execute a multi-channel strategy that drives results. You don’t need to be a jack-of-all-trades in sales and marketing, but you do need to find, interview, vet, train, and manage these individuals with precision and vision.

What You’ll Do:

Phase 1: Master My Business
Dive deep into the world of hard money and private money lending. Learn what we do, why people seek us out, who our target customers are, and how we stand out from the competition. This foundational knowledge is non-negotiable.
Phase 2: Research & Strategy
Identify our customers—real estate investors, brokers, and realtors—and figure out the best ways to reach them. Conduct thorough market research to fuel our approach.
Phase 3: Build & Execute
Develop a multi-channel plan blending direct sales and marketing—think email campaigns, outbound sales, direct mail, and social media outreach (Facebook & LinkedIn). Assemble and lead a team of experts to bring it to life.

What I’m Looking For:

A proactive, success-driven leader who can manage a team and deliver results.
Experience in building multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns (specific example required—see below).
The ability to recruit, vet, and manage top-tier marketing talent.
Availability and willingness to work exclusively during US Central Time hours.
