Squarespace Expert Web Designer

About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer with expertise in Squarespace to help us build a unique, engaging website that reflects our updated brand identity and mission.

Our organization is dedicated to empowering youth through music and mental wellness initiatives. We want a website that feels bold, impactful, and visually compelling — resonating with Gen Z and young millennials while being functional and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Development
Redesign and build a custom website using Squarespace that feels fresh, engaging, and aligns with our updated branding.
Develop unique page layouts that combine visual storytelling with seamless navigation.
Create custom banners, page headers, and interactive elements that encourage engagement.
Implement clean, intuitive site architecture to ensure visitors can easily find key resources, campaigns, and content.
Optimize the site for both desktop and mobile experiences.

2. Creative Design
Design bold, impactful visuals that align with Superbands' new visual identity — think vibrant, youthful, and energetic.
Develop custom graphics, icons, and visual elements that enhance the user experience.
Incorporate creative layouts that reflect our fun-yet-thoughtful brand personality.

3. User Experience (UX) Optimization
Ensure the site is user-friendly and designed for clear navigation, intuitive flow, and optimal engagement.
Implement strategic calls to action (CTAs) to drive donations, social engagement, and community involvement.
Build visually dynamic landing pages for campaigns, initiatives, and special events.

4 Technical Setup & Maintenance
Manage site integrations, ensuring email marketing tools, donation platforms, and social feeds are seamlessly connected.
Test and troubleshoot to ensure the site functions properly across all browsers and devices.
Provide training or documentation for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to confidently update the site when needed.
