Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (Work from Home - PH Applicants Only)

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company hiring a full-time Social Media & Content Marketing Manager based in the Philippines. You’ll work from home, manage multiple brand accounts, and be compensated based on results—not just hours.

What You’ll Be Doing:
   •   Manage and grow multiple social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
   •   Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
   •   Design clean, eye-catching graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
   •   Write powerful, native-English captions and hook-driven headlines
   •   Use ChatGPT to brainstorm, script, and repurpose content (must know how to use prompts effectively)
   •   Track performance metrics (growth, engagement, reach, conversions)
   •   Help run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/IG ads)
   •   Deliver weekly content plans and performance reports

What We’re Looking For:
   •   2+ years of experience in social media content creation or management
   •   Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
   •   Strong writing and grammar skills (English proficiency required)
   •   Creative, strategic, and consistent
   •   Knows how to use ChatGPT for scripting and idea generation
   •   Can work independently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions to the letter
   •   Bonus if you’ve run social media ads

Compensation:
   •   Monthly base salary (negotiable based on experience)
   •   Performance bonuses for content growth, video performance, ad ROI, and more
