Can you do sales and customer support? (Phone, Email, SMS, Social media)

We are an online store looking to hire someone full time who specializes in customer service and sales.

This will be an inbound and outbound sales and customer service role, fluent english speaking is MANDATORY.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work full time for our company only. No freelancing is allowed.

Your role:
- Handling Sales and Customer Service on Intercom, Email, Phone, and SMS
- Updating records, spreadsheets, and CRM
- Managing your day to day tasks
- Maintaining a relationship with your superiors and teammates
