Position Overview:
This role as an Account Manager is vital to our company's aggressive growth strategy. You will act as the frontline of customer interaction, providing exceptional service and expert consultation. Your focus will be on deeply understanding customer needs, facilitating personalized sales experiences, and building lasting relationships to ensure repeat business, referrals, and outstanding customer reviews.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication Management: Promptly answer incoming calls,
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Correspond with potential customers, manage inbound inquiries and leads, providing expert guidance and assistance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Consultation for Fitness Goals: Consult with customers to understand their fitness goals and recommend products and services that best meet their needs, ensuring a personalized and high quality shopping experience.
Lead Management: Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring diligent follow-up, timely order processing, and delivery for leads in all stages of the buying process.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Strategically pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue, understanding the synergy between products to make certain orders more profitable.
Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly and professionally addressing any inquiries or concerns over the phone,
Outbound Customer Outreach: Utilize various channels including social media, outbound calls,
Team Collaboration and Sales Goals: Collaborate with tea
Open Order Management: Manage open order reports to ensure orders are shipping on time, and work with shipping carriers, installers, and customers to solve any delivery issues that arise.
Customer Satisfaction Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases, get valuable feedback about our service, and encourage repeat business to foster lasting customer relationships.
Sales Strategy Participation: Actively participate in sales strategy sessions, contributing ideas and feedback to help refine sales processes and tactics.
Basic Platform Management: Assist management in maintaining and updating product listings, managing promotions, and overseeing inventory on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and a dynamic customer experience. Engage in various website tasks to enhance the online shopping environment across all our digital channels.
Role Requirements:
Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and customer success.
Knowledge of fitness equipment manufacturers, product categories, workout styles, health and wellness terminology, and industry insights.
Highly motivated, results-driven attitude with a focus on professional growth.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer tasks simultaneously under pressure.
Comfortable and effective in an independent, remote working environment.
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
Ideal Qualifications:
2-5 years previous sales or account management experience, particularly in fitness equipment or wellness products.
Experience on HubSpot, Shopify, Gmail, Slack, and other business software services.
Typing speed 60 words per minute +
