Discord Community Manager for Prop Trading Firm (Full-Time)

Hera Trading Capital is looking for a Upgrade to see actual info Community Manager to take charge of our growing trading community. As one of the most forward-thinking prop firms in the space, we’re looking for someone who not only understands trading, but genuinely cares about helping others grow.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our official Upgrade to see actual info server
• Respond to Upgrade to see actual info enquiries and handle website live chats
• Host and manage daily Upgrade to see actual info games to engage the community
• Share relevant and valuable market insights within the server
• Moderate discussions to ensure a positive, supportive environment
• Collaborate with the Hera team on community-driven initiatives

Must-Have Requirements:
• Trading experience – you understand the markets and can speak the language
• Solid understanding of what a prop firm is and how it works
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Fluent in English with excellent written skills
• Available to work full-time: 9am – 5pm (UK GMT)
• Ability to take initiative and come up with fun community engagement ideas

Bonus if you:
• Have experience managing or growing Upgrade to see actual info servers
• Have worked in a similar role for another trading community or prop firm
• Have a basic understanding of how to use bots, Upgrade to see actual info permissions, and moderation tools
