Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel | Zapier | Make.com | ClickUp)

We help Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) scale effectively by streamlining their business workflows through smart and powerful automations.

- Our external automations leverage CRM and funnels built primarily in GoHighLevel, combined with integrations via Zapier and Upgrade to see actual info.

- Our internal process automations and project management are supported by tools like ClickUp.

We're looking to grow our team with an experienced automation specialist who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving productivity through intelligent automations.

Your Core Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and optimize CRM automation workflows in GoHighLevel.

- Integrate various business tools and apps using automation solutions such as Zapier and Upgrade to see actual info.

- Understand clients' unique needs and business processes, providing customized automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot, continuously test, and adjust automation workflows for higher efficiency.

- Clearly document implemented automations for internal and external stakeholders.

- (Bonus, not required): Help clients improve their internal processes through ClickUp set-up and automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven expertise with GoHighLevel: CRM management, funnel setup, workflow creation, and automation implementation.

- Strong, hands-on experience integrating multiple tools using Zapier and/or Upgrade to see actual info.

- Proven ability to identify areas for automation, provide structured solutions, and resolve technical challenges.

- Organized, detail-oriented approach with strong communication (English required).

Bonus Experience: (Appreciated but NOT required)

- Familiarity or experience setting up internal processes and project management automations in ClickUp.
