Position: Full-Time Personal Assistant
Location: Remote / Online
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing online store looking for a reliable, dedicated, and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, where you’ll be supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via
Support the daily operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
Assist with online marketing and promotional tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Help resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months of previous experience working for an online business or e-commerce store.
Available for an immediate start.
Must not be currently employed elsewhere.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good grammar is essential.
Comfortable using a headset for clear communication with the office and customers.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem-solver.
Over 21 years of age.
