Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional to join our team as an Entrepreneurial Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow our brand, with a strong focus on YouTube and social media. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of video editors, content writers, and graphic designers, reporting directly to our senior marketing executive with over 30 years of experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our YouTube channel (targeting 500+ views per video) and enhance our social media presence, tailored to a B2B audience.
- Create engaging content across platforms, including blogs, emails, and social media, that resonates with businesses and drives engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ to optimize campaigns and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—video editors, content writers, and graphic designers—to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Upgrade to see actual info) to streamline marketing processes and boost efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.AI to generate creative ideas and enhance content creation.
- Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with leadership by working closely with the senior marketing executive to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven digital marketing experience, with a track record of growing YouTube channels and social media accounts (please provide examples).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent content creation abilities, including writing, basic design, and an understanding of B2B audience needs.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, such as automation platforms, CRMs, and email marketing systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- B2B SaaS experience, with knowledge of marketing to business clients.
- Tool proficiency, including WordPress, Upgrade to see actual info, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, ChatGPT, Claude.AI, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Outlook, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Simply Be Found Social Media Suite.
- Psychology knowledge, with an understanding of human behavior and its application to marketing.
- Team experience, particularly in managing or contributing to cross-functional projects.

You’ll join a collaborative team of video editors, content writers, and graphic designers, reporting directly to our senior marketing executive. With over 30 years of expertise, they’ll provide mentorship and strategic guidance to help you succeed and grow.
